    1/4 cup holy basil
    1/4 cup lemon balm
    1/2 cup oatstraw

    Steeped in 4 cups of boiling water, covered, overnight.

    Drink 1 cup each night before bed.

  • Midday Tea

    Raspberry Leaf Tea

    1/2 cup red raspberry leaf

    Steeped overnight in 4 cups of boiling water, covered.

    Drink 1 cup each day at midday.

  • Early Morning Tea

    A root infusion, if you will.

    1/4 cup burdock root
    1/4 cup dandelion root
    1/4 cup yellow dock

    Steep with 4 to 8 cups of boiling water, covered, overnight.

    Drink 1 cup each morning when you wake up.
